When using PayPal it automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected
to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers. So yeah, I would say it is extremely secure.
DISCLAIMER: All shipping is done by myself alone. I also frame and print everything myself, so please note that all orders are made once a purchase is submitted. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to ship.
All framed pieces currently sold do not use glass, but instead Museum quality, UV Acrylic. In order to protect your purchase I first insert the frame into a poly bag to protect it from any moisture, dirt, grime, etc. that it could be exposed to during transit.
I then secure all corners with cardboard and wrap the frame in bubble wrap to provide cushion during its journey. Then the frame is inserted into a 200lb rated box and the box is completely sealed shut.
All work that is sold matted, is wrapped in tissue and placed inside a protective poly bag. This is secured to thick cardboard and a layer of bubble wrap is place above and below. Then it is packaged inside a sturdy box and ready for shipment.
All possible efforts are made to reduce any risks during the shipping and handling of your purchase.
While I do everything possible to prevent such an event, unfortunate events are bound to happen. Please email me as soon as possible so I am aware of the situation and we can discuss a solution. If it was damaged during shipping and at fault
of the mail carrier please contact me and provide photos of everything. I will work on sending you a replacement and file an insurance claim on my end. If it is due to negligence on my part, I will refund the full payment and work on getting a replacement to you.
First of all, check back through your records to see when the date of your purchase was. If it has been longer than 30 days for domestic orders or 45 days for international then please send me a friendly
email, or use the contact link, so I can check on the status.
Occasionally proof prints are sold, both printers and artist, thus please contact me if there is something in particular you would like to purchase and I will do my best to accommodate.
They are not listed in this store due to most proofs remaining in my collection or that of close friends and family.
I am flattered that you enjoy my work, I really am. I do ask however that before you post any of my work to a blog, print your own copy out of an inkjet printer, or use it on social media that you please contact me first.
The back of every print has this stamped and I stand by it: "All Rights Reserved. No Reproduction Without Written Authorization". Thanks for your understanding.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any other questions or concerns. Thanks!
